    required by law, court order, or government authority, or when necessary to protect the rights and safety of Quadrel or its users.

  4. Data Security & Retention
    The software is hosted in Quadrel's AWS cloud environment. We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards — including encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments — designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We retain data as long as needed to fulfill the purposes
    described here or as required by law, then securely delete or anonymize it if appropriate. No method of Internet transmission is 100% secure. We will notify affected customers without undue delay of a confirmed security breach affecting their Personal Information and provide information reasonably necessary to meet all applicable legal obligations.

  5. California Residents (CCPA)
    California residents have the right to: know what Personal Information we collect and why; request deletion of Personal Information; request correction of inaccurate Personal Information; opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Information (we do not sell Personal Information); and be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.
